Welcome to the Graduate School at the Academy of Art University! The mission of the Graduate School is to provide graduate students with excellence in advisement and support throughout their graduate careers at the Academy. The graduate school serves all currently enrolled graduate students at the Academy of Art University, providing services such as continuing graduate student advisement and registration, directed study coordination, and midpoint and final review scheduling and preparation. The graduate school works closely with each academic department to ensure that all graduate students have the information and services that they need in order to navigate successfully through the Master's programs. This is a portal designed specifically for the needs of current graduate students. Announcement: The Academy of Art University is proud to announce that it will be offering a Master of Arts in Multimedia Communications!The Master of Arts in Multimedia Communications teaches skills in writing, editing, shooting, producing, and broadcasting multi-platform content for all types of media, from the Internet to the radio. Students become specialists in a specific area and learn how to broadcast and distribute their content. The cutting-edge curriculum in short form content is taught by pioneers of media production. The multimedia training prepares students for the rapidly changing new media job market. The degree is completed in one year for graduate students with previous experience; graduate students with no multimedia background complete the degree in a year and a half.
